Important information for insured clients from 16th October 2020
Please note that due to some insurers use of an intermediary company regarding invoice processing (healthcode)and their intent to charge for the use of this, I am unable to e bill the following insurers :-Axa/ppp, and Vitality.
Bupa and cigna are not affected.
If you are insured please check your provider will reimburse the invoice (which I will provide after treatment), for costs associated with treatment.
This means that payment will need to be made at each session and a full invoice will be provided at the conclusion of treatment.
I apologise for this inconvenience but with escalating practice costs for PPE I feel that this is one step too far.
